Retired Army Special Forces LTC Rich Hoover is leading HMH through our Service-Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVO) strategy where we help highly-qualified, retiring or tansitionaing servicemen/women move to business ownership through acquisition. Our goal is to create great leaders that grow meaningful enterprises that support our communities. Rich holds an MBA from Rice University.

Chris is the founder and managing partner of HMH and developed the investment thesis for Acquira and our Funds. Over his 25-year career, he has successfully invested billions in shareholder capital across thousands of transactions, primarily for Crown Castle International. Chris earned his MBA from Rice University, is on the Board of the Rice Business Alumni Association, and is a Jones Scholar.​

Jerry has more than 25 years of experience in Midstream Energy and Infrastructure with a focus on strategy, business development, and execution. Prior to joining HMH, Jerry's career included stops at CITGO, Enterprise Products, Buckeye Partners, Oiltanking, and Belvedere Terminals.
